Patchwerk: drop rates
There is no GuildLoot drop rate for Patchwerk yet: we only publish numbers once at least 20 kills from several guilds have been recorded with the GuildLoot addon. Until then, every item in the list can drop, but how often is not yet backed by our data.
Who needs what?
- Warrior: Severance (3)
- Paladin: Cloak of Suturing (8)
- Priest: Cloak of Suturing (7), Wand of Fates (4)
- Warlock: Wand of Fates (3)
Based on class-restricted items (for example set pieces) and on how many players of a class had the item on priority or soft reserve on GuildLoot (number in brackets, from 3 players, no names). Only items the class can wear or use.
Patchwerk: quick tactics
Patchwerk's Hateful Strike hits the player with the most health in melee range besides the main tank, so several sturdy off-tanks stand ready. After a few minutes he enrages.
Short summary in our own words; it does not replace a full guide.
