Retribution Paladin: BiS list for Classic Era

For every slot: our best item and up to two alternatives for Paladin (Retribution), for MC & Onyxia (including pre-raid gear from dungeons, quests, professions, reputation and world bosses), BWL, AQ40 (with ZG and AQ20) and Naxxramas. Hover an item for its stats.

Rarely played in Classic Era raids.

GuildLoot’s own recommendation based on the item stats in our loot database (CMaNGOS) and general stat priorities of the class – not copied from another list. Hit only counts up to the usual cap of the spec, set bonuses with fixed stats are included. Effects such as “Use” or “Chance on hit” are not part of the numbers; such entries are marked with ≈, set bonuses without a number (T2.5, T3) are estimated conservatively. Tokens (Qiraji, Desecrated) only count for the classes they give the item to. Not included: PvP ranks, battlegrounds and events.
