How to log your raid
- Before the first pull type
/combatlogin chat. The game confirms that logging is on. After the raid type/combatlogagain to stop. - For more detail switch on “Advanced Combat Logging” in the system options under Network. It works without it too, only some details are missing.
- The file is in the
Logsfolder of your game version:_classic_era_(Classic Era),_anniversary_(TBC Anniversary),_classic_or the folder of your WoW Forever client. Windows:C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Logs\· Mac:/Applications/World of Warcraft/_classic_era_/Logs/ - Press Choose combat log file here and pick
WoWCombatLog.txt(orWoWCombatLog-date.txt). Large logs of several hundred MB take a minute or two.
FAQ
Is my file uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Only when you press “Save report as file” a small HTML file is created on your computer that you can share in Discord. It contains the result only, not the log.
Why are players or damage sometimes missing?
A single log only sees what happens within range of the logger (about 50–100 yards). Players far away are partly missing. Ideally someone close to the action logs.
Are there rankings or parse percentiles?
No. Rankings compare many logs and only exist on Warcraft Logs. Here you see your raid on its own.
Which versions work?
Classic Era (1.15), WoW Forever (1.60) and TBC Anniversary (2.5), with and without Advanced Combat Logging. The page detects the version from the file. For Forever we don't show world buffs, since according to the Blizzard forums and player reports they don't work in Forever raids. Forever has not been checked against a real raid log yet (raids open on Dec 9, 2026). The reader was checked against a real Naxx log.
